An engineer called Billy attended our house when we had a leak from a pipe coming from our oil tank. Sadly the tank had... to be condemned and it turned out our immersion heater had gone too so we had no hot water or heating!. The company were very responsive and had Billy return a few hours later to change the element in the hot tank. They also arranged to attend the next day to change the oil tank. All in all, a great service, well executed. Billy, was nice to meet you.read more

Andy and the team went over and above to get my property ready on a very tight deadline. They cleared up when finished... and were happy to use products they had on the van instead of constantly putting obstacles in the way. recommend highlyread more

We have used LH Cook for about 10 years now, they have always been excellent, very helpful and polite when you call,... and when we had problems with our heating,boiler, and the other day a leak they always come out extremely quickly.We only called last Saturday and they were with us mid morning on the Monday.They were very efficient in locating where the leak was coming from, and replacing a leaking down pipe very quickly indeed.read more

After my partner discovered a leak in our airing cupboard on Tuesday the 8th, Lewis Came out on the 9th september and... by the 10th we had a full qoute for work required. On Friday 11th september Billy came out and started to install a new hot water cylinder replumb it fit emersion heater and new mid flow valve. Billy arrived dead on 8am and was having issues with air in the central heating. However he persevered until 7pm on a friday when we all decided he needed to go home. We rang the office on Saturday as Billy advised. Andy answered and told us he would be with us to sort the remaining issues out by half past one on the saturday (12th) Andy and Fred arrived at about quater past eleven as they knew we were going out and between them got the whole system working better than it has ever worked before. Fred concentrated on the airing cupboard and Double checked everything in there and Andy chased the air out of the system. With in a hour and a half all was up and running. I cannot recommend this company enough! They really did go beyond expectations and pulled out all stops to have our system in A1 condition with in 4 days of us first noticing the leak! Would recommend to any one. So impresed thank you all at LH Cook again. Lisa and Michaelread more

Had a oil leak during lockdown. But L.H. Cook came out the next day to fix the probelm. Had to return with extra parts... a few days later. Did the service at the time. Thats Good Service.read more

Recently had an external boiler fitted. From quote to completion, the staff were very, professional, tidy, friendly... very helpful. The guys that carried out the installation were also very considerate and accommodating and the work carried out to a high standard. We will definitely recommend this company.
